are produced in our own manufacturing unit, AMCO APPREL
MFG. CO., which is the trend setter and one of the best
manufacturing units in the region. AMCO is also recognized
by major organizations around the world. It has achieved
various acknowledgements throughout its journey towards
success. The most recent and the most significant is
the ISO 9001:2000 certification, for the Quality Management
System. The realization of our dedication to professionalism
and commitment has become evident as we are the first
garment manufacturing company in the region to achieve
this prestigious certification.

Control & Inspection:

AMCO
quality assurance department is equipped with complete
and latest equipment and apparatus. All the equipments
are calibrated. The qualified and experienced quality
control team is performing right from the shipment of
the fabric / accessories at the source. The quality
assurance representative do the 10% random inspection
of the fabric and accessories according to international
4.0 AQL level. 100% inspection at in house is being
performed and then material is released for production.
The quality assurance department performs different
activities at different stages during and after manufacturing
of the garment to maintain the quality.
